2.Find the explorer.exe. file and navigate to String Table -37-1033.The "start" value is on line 4, after the 578.Change the text "start" to anything you want.
3.Press the "Compile Script" and Save the script as you want to.(the last part of your word must be .exe)
4.Open "run" and type in "regedit". In the registry editor window that opens, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ Windows NT\ CurrentVersion\ Winlogon and look for the registry entry "shell". Click it.Change the explorer.exe to the name you saved the modified explorer
5.Reboot or log out and see the changes.*** It's important to make a Backup of the explorer.exe file before changing anything***
